Considering that cyberspace is the current and future information superhighway, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the website illustrating the activities, decisions and planning corresponding to the Central American & Caribbean Vice-presidency of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB Caribbean Vice-presidency).
From our humble beginnings, with only 7 countries and less than 20 athletes in 1973, we have built a multicultural, multiethnic and multilingual international sports organization with thousands of competitors in 38 nations and territories.
Dr. Ben Weider's worldwide vision, sheer determination and compelling beliefs were instrumental in providing continuous inspiration for our efforts. As IFBB Honorary Lifetime President, Dr. Weider will continue to motivate our endeavors to assist future generations of athletes, trainers and officials in our sub-continental area.
As the contemporary IFBB International President, Dr. Rafael Santonja's dynamic and tenacious leadership style should propel the IFBB to a higher summit of achievements.
Finally, I would like to express my immense gratitude to my staff members, Christine Williams (Netherlands Antilles), Claudia Sazo (Guatemala) and to all executive members, officials and athletes of the Central and Caribbean Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (CACBBFF) and its four Sub-Regional Associations; for their services and contributions.

A todos los fanaticos y entusiastas del fisicoculturismo y el fitness alrededor del mundo,
Considerando que el espacio sideral es la actual y futura supercarretera para el intercambio de informacion, me complace el ofrecerles la mas cordial bienvenida al portal electronico ilustrando las actividades, decisiones y planificacion correspondiendo a la Vicepresidencia Centroamericana y del Caribe de la Federacion Internacional de Fisicoculturismo y Fitness (Vicepresidencia IFBB del Caribe).
Desde nuestros humildes comienzos, con solamente 7 paises y menos de 20 atletas en 1973, hemos construido una multicultural, multietnica y multilinguista organizacion deportiva internacional con miles de competidores en 38 naciones y territorios.
La vision mundialista, absoluta determinacion y convincentes creencias del Dr. Ben Weider fueron instrumentales como proveedores de continuada inspiracion hacia nuestros esfuerzos. Como Presidente Honorario Vitalicio de la IFBB, el Dr. Weider continuara motivando nuestras acciones para asistir a futuras generaciones de atletas, entrenadores y oficiales en nuestra regi—n sub-continental.
Como actual Presidente Internacional de la IFBB, el dinamico y tenaz estilo de liderato del Dr. Rafael Santonja debera propulsar a la IFBB hacia una mas elevada cumbre de logros.
Finalmente, deseo expresar mi inmensa gratitud a mi personal administrativo, Christine Williams (Antillas Holandesas), Claudia Sazo (Guatemala) y a todos los miembros ejecutivos, oficiales y atletas de la Federacion Centroamericana de Fisicoculturismo y Fitness (CACBBFF -siglas en ingles) y sus cuatro asociaciones sub-regionales; por sus servicios y contribuciones.
